Order Processing
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. Please note that order processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays beyond our control may impact the delivery timeframe.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. Any additional fees or charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
Order Tracking
You can check the status of your order by visiting the “My Orders” section in your account. Visit the ‘Track Your Order’ section, where you will see a link to track your order via our courier partner’s website. You can then track your order in real time.
Order Delays or Cancellations
We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order id, so we can assist you with the same.
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- The item is damaged in transit.
We will refund the amount to your account in such cases.
Return Policy
Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 2 to 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as opened or used products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process

Provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned items reach us safely. Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange based on our return policy.
Refunds
The refund will be processed post quality inspection of the product. This may take 5-7 working days after the receipt of products at our location.Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect on your account. Please note that shipping costs, customs fees, or other additional charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
